The creation of the Consumer Protection Agency is a positive step toward protecting everyday people from the abuses of Wall Street, but the fact that Elizabeth Warren will not head the agency is a major setback. Warren is possibly the best member of the Obama administration, able and willing to do more than even the president himself. This is a major flashpoint in the battle against corporate power.
